AJAX and other buzzwords

Our AJAX-based, no-page-reloads, personal library monstrosity is beginning to take shape. Only about two weeks after it should have, and less then 14 hours before it's due. This is generally considered to be not a good thing. It was definitely improved by the addition of custom icons done by me. Well, I say done by me, I really just took a lot of GNOME icons and composited them together. Thanks Jimmac and team, you've saved me again!

In other news, the UCC had a cleanup today. After the clubroom cleaning (which only took two-ish hours) I decided to have a go at fixing the good ole' Davtronics amp. It didn't turn out that hard to fix (needed a new pot and a join reconnected). Non the less, the UCC webcam highlights the exact point I got electrocuted. This will be my 8th fairly big electric shock... the first in which I've involuntarily screamed like a girl. I think the RCD saved my life. As well as knocking out the power to a section of the clubroom (that's why the webcam goes offline).

Not a lot else has happened. GUADEC soon, if I can manage to live that long.
